This morning we did ministry at Miss Carol's.  From where we worked, we could see the trailer she is currently living in (even though half of it is not livable due to tornado damage), and the new house that's has been built by so many volunteers.

Our team tackled the removal of an old house that had been torn down on Miss Carol's property. Her new house is nearing completion and this pile is the view from her front porch.

A large dump truck was placed near the rubble.

It seemed overwheling at first.  We were skeptical , not knowing what was in the pile,  Some had concerns about critters appearing.  (well to be honest, some were more than concerned).    We wondered if we could make a difference.  Clearly it would not all fit in the truck.

We worked together, lifting some large and heavy objects up over our heads into the truck.   We filled the truck.  We saw we had made a good difference in the mountain of rubble.  We were encouraged with how much of a difference we did make, piece by piece.
