This is Mac. He provided the dump truck and took the load of shingles we picked up to be dumped. He and his family lost their home in April's tornado. They just sold the property it was on- it was too hard to go back there. They own 45 acres they lease out to farmers to grow crops. These 45 acres had debris from a number of homes dropped on them during the tornado. He has to clear it by the end of March to receive much needed funds. Our team combed through some of those acres, picking up pieces of his neighbor's homes and putting them in piles. They were transported to a big pile to be burried in a large trench. Mac was so moved to have us there helping him. We were so moved that in his need, he was out helping another in need. 26 extra sents of hands made a big difference. We are thankful for the encouragment we gave Mac. And marvel that he also encouraged us!
